First designed in 1952, the Floating Curved Sofa united two early Kagan signatures with its curved shape and elegantly sculpted walnut frame. The floating backrest invites placement away from the walls, with negative spaces that allow glimpses of nearby artwork and accessories. An ideal selection for smaller spaces with its minimalist design, generous seating, and lightweight footprint. Completely restored. Reupholstered in "Blue Crush" Mohair by Holly Hunt. Registration label with authenticity plaque included.
Other designers from this period include Paul McCobb, Hans Wegner, Gio Ponti, and T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings.
