Our Return Policies

You deserve to love your furniture and build a timeless space that works for you.

We accept returns and cancellations on most items, but the request must be submitted via email within 48 hours of delivery, or sooner. The product must also be returned in the condition that it was received.

After restocking, you will receive a refund for the price of the item (not including original shipping costs) minus a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping (processed through Stamford Modern, LLC for insurance purposes).

 

Final Sales

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Items that were damaged after delivery cannot be returned. We recommend inspecting shipments and taking pictures of all items to confirm the condition.
  • Custom and altered items, including lighting designs, re-upholstering, and re-finishing, are sold as final sale.
