The Wave Bench by Stamford Modern is inspired by vintage mid-century design and crafted with an emphasis on proportion, material, and craftsmanship.

Defined by its sculpted solid-wood frame and individually upholstered cushions, the collection creates a subtle wave-like rhythm that gives it its name. Rounded posts, tapered legs, expressive wood grain, and softly contoured upholstery balance architectural structure with comfort and visual lightness.

Available in four configurations—from a single-seat stool to two-, three-, and four-seat benches—the Wave Collection adapts effortlessly to a variety of interiors. Ideal for entryways, hallways, bedrooms, and living spaces, each version maintains the collection’s distinctive sculptural character.

Each piece is made to order by Stamford Modern and can be customized to suit your project. Choose from our available wood finishes and upholstery options, or provide your own material (COM). We also offer a curated selection of in-house textiles, including linen, bouclé, velvet, and performance fabrics.

Every Wave piece is individually handcrafted, allowing the wood, finish, and upholstery to come together as a considered whole while preserving the collection’s distinctive vintage-inspired character.
