Thank you for selecting a Signature Original from Stamford Modern. Each piece is made-to-order with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Please review our warranty and return policy carefully.
Return Policy
Because our furniture is custom-made to order, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In exceptional circumstances, special consideration may be extended in the form of store credit, at the sole discretion of our Client Care Team. Items in your possession for more than 30 days from delivery are not eligible for review or credit.
Please note: All items from our Vintage Collection are excluded from our warranty policy and are considered final sale. Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for vintage items.
Warranty – Stamford Modern Products
All products manufactured by Stamford Modern are covered under a 30-day limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery (not the date of installation). This warranty guarantees that products are free from defects in workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations
Improper installation or maintenance
Normal wear and tear over time
Important Notes: Stamford Modern is not liable for any costs related to installation, removal, or re-installation.
If service is needed outside the warranty scope, all costs related to parts, labor, and shipping will be the responsibility of the client.
